What You'll Do:
Assess business needs and develop compensation programs that meet those needs. Lead the design, delivery, and administration of all compensation programs, including the annual merit review, incentives, and equity grants. Proactively conduct analyses, competitive market research to identify trends, solve business partner issues and advise on compensation decisions and recommendations. Develop compensation communication/education programs designed to increase workforce knowledge on the rewards program strategy and initiatives. Benchmark best practices and provide recommendations for other forms of non-cash rewards. Have a deep understanding of internal HR compensation data requirements, assess gaps, and optimize systems and processes to help efficiently manage our HR function. Manage and develop a team, coach, counsel, and mentor managers and employees. What We're Looking For:

years of progressive compensation experience, including base salary, incentive plan design, and equity plan BA/BS in a related field (HR, Finance, Business or equivalent) Solid knowledge of HR and compensation policies and best practices. The ability to work with and influence senior leaders. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis and modeling, along with experience evaluating and managing salary management tools. Current toll is PayScale. Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS tool. Current tool is UKG (formerly Ultimate Software). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee and company information. Experience in developing and managing executive compensation and equity programs. A high degree of flexibility and creativity, extremely organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent interface and communication skills.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
