The Business Office Manager we are seeking should have proven strong supervisory skills and insurance verification and claims billing.
Job Duties:
All types of billing, including claims management, posting of charges and collection Cash management, including deposit and posting of cash receipts, daily cash management, daily maintenance of petty cash account.
Accounts Payable Resident Trust Accounts - obtaining necessary signatures, posting resident trust activity, and verification of resident trust accounts reconciliation Financials - preparation and retention of financial reports Meeting with family members or responsible party to discuss resident accounts If you're interested in working with an interdisciplinary team of professionals where you are a valued team member, and are encouraged to sharpen your skills, this opportunity is for you! Business related degree or high school diploma and comparable experience in position of office management.
Excellent communications skills Strong desire to work with the elderly Must be able to read, write and communicate in English Qualifications Preferred:
