The Social Media Coordinator is the front-line voice of Duluth Trading Company to our customers on all of our owned social media channels, on-site reviews, and on-site Q&A.
With every interaction, our Social Media team provides a Duluth Trading Brand experience that is is professional, engaging, and aims to enhance customer relationships with the brand.
The Social Media Coordinator is a brand and brand voice expert, creating engaging and humorous interactions with the customer.
The Social Media Coordinator will work in collaboration with marketing and creative departments to align with strategies and brand standards.
This team member will also source information from cross-functional teams to provide resolutions for customers.
The Social Media Coordinator enjoys being part of an innovation-driven department that is fast-paced, growth-filled and takes care of business efficiently and effectively, understanding that our customer is at the center of everything we do.

The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home.
What You'll Do:
Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class service by publicly and privately responding to and engaging with customers across Duluth Trading's owned social media channels, on-site reviews responses, and on-site Q&A Leverage the voice of the brand to respond accurately and enthusiastically to social comments regarding pricing, product questions and other inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, initiating conversations where appropriate.
Effectively communicate sales and promotions through social channels Develop exceptional familiarity with the Duluth Trading brand and marketing plans to assist customers with shopping, product inquiries, and various other web capabilities.
Manage and leverage customer experience management platform, Sprinklr, to respond to and engage with followers.
Become an expert on the Duluth Trading and AKHG brand voices, product lines, policies, and procedures as they relate to customer needs Post social media advertising content through all brand owned social media channels.
Share out social sentiment trends and notable customer comments with relevant teams (positive/negative/neutral), and evaluate opportunities to engage with other brands or channel trends.
What We're Looking For:
Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or other Basic knowledge and
Experience:
Microsoft Suite - Including but not limited to Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated knowledge and

Compensation:
$20.
00 to $23.
00/hour Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
