What You'll Do:
Evaluate financial results at a department, store, and total company level, highlighting risks and opportunities as well as providing strategic and tactical recommendations to leaders Communicate and present financial results and forecasts, ensuring reports are clear and understood, including assumptions and dependencies Deliver executive-level presentations that tell the story; summarizes key insights for leaders Support financial planning process through strategic plan, financial plan, and monthly forecast processes Investigation of existing expenditures with a view to identifying cost savings Consistent review of existing processes to identify improvements or efficiencies Prepare ad hoc analyses for CEO, CFO and other Leadership Team members Enjoy working on an energetic, collaborative, and fun team Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Adopt organizations values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value can do people, accountability, diversity, equity, and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun What We're Looking For:

Compensation:
$85,000 - $105,000/YearCompensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
