Project Manager (Stoughton, WI)

Job Purpose Coordinates and completes various projects related to process, fixtures and equipment that improve company performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage different projects as assigned or prioritized by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Work with relevant stake holders to design, specify, and develop improvements in the scope of the project Monitor progress of projects.
Work with employees to get information needed.
Individually complete research or data review as needed depending on project needs.
Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to company policy.
Manage projects as assigned to deliver on time and on budget Manufacturing software support (Radan, Sigmanest, Tru-Tops, etc) Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or scientific field.
Licenses/Certifications:
Master Black Belt or Lean certification desirable Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
10
years' experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.
Master Black Belt or Lean certification desirable Demonstrated achievement in project completion of various scope and size.
Demonstrated ability in driving continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong team player Computer aptitude in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, along with working knowledge of company software systems such as ERP system (Syteline) and HRIS system (Kronos) as project needs dictate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
