The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home. What You'll Do:
Lead the divisional planning team to develop and implement yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly pre-season financial plans from the division to category, subcategory, channel and brand that reflect and inform product and merchandise vision and strategies. Guide and mentor planners to execute the in-season Open to Buy and forecasting cadence including forecast updates, trend, risk and opportunity assessment and collaboration with merchant partners. Partner with Divisional Merchandising Director to align on pre-season and in-season thought process, strategy and actions to drive growth, maximize profit, optimize inventory and manage risk across categories, brands and channels. Guide and nurture planner/merchant and leadership collaborations to execute Long-Range Planning strategy and Business Reviews through product assortment forecasting, sell-thru and buy decisions. Lead strategy and tactics to ensure inventory investments are appropriate and support key merchandise strategies and KPIs including sales, margin, turn, GMROI and in stock position. Influence customer-centric growth and profitability strategies. Drive purchase orders, receipts and in stock strategy to optimize sales, margin and turn. Develop and foster strong vendor partnerships that facilitate appropriate order flows. Lead and collaborate within and across teams to reduce unproductive inventory including discontinued, aged, and slow moving. Champion and lead change management to stand up emerging transformational systems including Merchandise Financial Planning, Demand and Fulfillment. Nurture the personal and professional growth of team members through coaching, mentoring, learning resources and stretch opportunities. Present fluidly across teams and levels of the organization, including with Senior leadership. Key cross-functional partners include Merchandise Directors, Allocation, Replenishment and Supply Planning leaders, Vendors, Finance and Product Development. What We're Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field 10
years of planning and inventory management experience Proven leadership skills with 6
years experience leading and developing teams Proven success defining, developing, socializing and executing strategic vision and initiatives Thorough understanding of retail math Ability to analyze and report against financial metrics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including quantitative ability to formulate useful conclusions using numerical data Advanced skills and experience with Merchandise Financial Planning systems and processes (e.g., JDA, SAP, Arthur) Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and data analytics tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills to drive effective collaboration and influencing within a matrix organization, including executive level and multi-cultural. Self-motivated and able to work in an ever-changing environment with efficiency and accuracy. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize complex demands of time and resources. Ability to balance forward-looking with day to day. Proactively identifies and addresses opportunities and risks. Proven success leading people, process and systems change management. Leadership skills, ability to guide teams to actions. Coaching and management skills, ability to develop direct reports. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate Finance, Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
