Lead/Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership in the development and the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic information technology objectives, roadmap, and success measures. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to ensure appropriate sequence and pathing of technology initiatives to achieve the company's Big Dam Blueprint Strategy, associated outcomes, and needed business capabilities to do so. Represent IT Roadmap investments in quarterly updates to the immediate and long-term capital plan highlighting any updates to the Technology spend. Ensure mature architecture practices are used to incrementally modernize the technology solutions providing a flexible, adaptable, and cost-effective set of business solutions. Manage and maintain computer systems, communication systems, and office systems (both hardware and software) to meet the needs of the corporation and to ensure security. Approve the purchase, rent, lease, license, or other acquisition from outside sources of computer systems, communications systems, hardware, software, or services to meet the needs of the company in accordance with established corporate policies. Approve changes in technology, communication, or office systems equipment to minimize expenses while ensuring reliable and timely services. Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as a strategic leader. Update the Audit Committee quarterly on the progress of the IT Security Roadmap, security incidents, emerging cyber threats, and overall company security posture. Meets every other month with the Audit Committee Chairman to discuss progress and more specific security topics. Reviews formulation of project definitions showing project objectives, information system requirements, and proposed systems' analytical and programming personnel requirements. Review requests for additional information systems services and identify the impact on currently planned resources. Directs the continuous improvement of the information systems staff, equipment, and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress, economic change, and business needs. Prepares an annual information systems budget and establishes controls to stay within the specified limits of that budget. What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or related fields is desirable. Equivalent work experience would be considered. 20 years of experience, including overseeing the development and maintenance of eCommerce applications, systems development, and technical operations. 8-10 years of progressive IT and architecture experience in a similar role. Experience in a retail environment fueled by several ERP systems and services. Experience in a high growth, retail e-commerce environment. Software application development experience with the ability to provide mobile app development input. Experience implementing governance, SLAs, and best practices in an enterprise systems environment. Hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering highly scalable solutions in a retail environment. Hands-on experiences in architecting serverless microservices in public cloud and building enterprise services platform in Azure and/or AWS components. Strong leadership and enterprise architecture skills. Strong business acumen to provide knowledge and counsel to internal IT and potential external collaboration partners. In-depth knowledge of specialized architecture in areas such as cloud computing, networks, cybersecurity and positioning of emerging technologies (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). Extensive experience in delivering a services/API first strategy and implementing unified services/API platforms in the cloud. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
