What You'll Do:
The Director of Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement will be a leader who is a self-starter, comfortable with working through ambiguity and an excellent communicator who:
Contributes strategically to the supply chain leadership team and successfully implements projects and priorities with consistent control. Is responsible for the design, development, and operational success of our Omni-channel warehouse automation capabilities. Is a student of the supply chain trade, staying current on innovative processes and solutions. Drives and influences the continuous improvement agenda and Six Sigma, Lean culture. Delivers data driven and data supported priorities and recommendations to improve cost, quality, speed, enterprise value and the customer experience. Represents the company leadership to third party supply chain solutions providers, including but not limited to system integrators, software and technology vendors, consultants, and material handling equipment providers. Governs good planning business practices - Network and capacity planning, Business case development, budgeting, and post audits. Works collaboratively and effectively with internal and external cross functional teams. Creates and presents recommendations and solutions broadly and effectively - influential leadership. What We're Looking For:
5 - 8 years Leadership role managing Industrial Engineering programs in multiple location network with state-of-the-art warehouse automation solutions for Retail omni channel (Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale) environments. Strategic Pre assessment evaluations and alternatives to achieve business objectives Experience leading test, learn, evaluation project controls. Solutions Development and delivery- ROI, total cost of ownership, optimized, scalable, process engineering, systems integration, project implementation, commissioning, support. Success leading and inspiring analytics, engineering, process improvement teams and individuals to perform their best and achieve their career goals. Experience reengineering existing solutions collaboratively with operations thorough Six Sigma, Lean and/or other relevant methodologies. Experience implementing and ongoing program management of Labor Management systems. Ability to evaluate, select and utilize value added software tools (i.e., CAD, Llamasoft, etc.) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) BA or BS (Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or relevant Lean experience The responsibilities outlined in this position description are a guideline for the general duties of the position and are not exhaustive of all duties inherent in the job. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
